Refund policy

OVERVIEW

At Mining Gyan, we strive to deliver high-quality educational content and services tailored for mining engineering aspirants. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the nature of both digital and physical educational products. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (PRINTED BOOKS, MERCHANDISE, STUDY MATERIALS)

We offer refunds or replacements for physical products only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong product was shipped

Refund/return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence and a copy of the invoice. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back to our address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was incorrect or damaged.

Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not already been shipped.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (ONLINE COURSES, TEST SERIES, E-BOOKS)

Due to the instantly accessible nature of our digital products, all sales of digital content are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Online recorded/live courses
  • Test series or mock exams
  • E-books or downloadable PDFs
  • Subscription-based services

We encourage you to review course details, demo content (if available), and reach out to our support team with queries before making a purchase.

Exceptions may be made in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment transactions
  • Failure to receive access credentials within 72 hours of purchase
  • Accidental purchases made by minors without parental consent

Refund requests under these circumstances must be submitted in writing within 3 calendar days of the purchase.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To initiate a refund or return request, email us at mininggyanofficial@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order ID]” and include the following:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email/Phone Number
  • Order ID
  • Reason for refund/return request
  • Supporting documents (photos, payment receipt, etc.)

Once reviewed, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Discounted or bundled items
  • Free products/services accessed during promotional offers
  • Access granted to test series or e-books, even if unused

5. Return & Refund Summary

  • Refund eligibility: Within 7 days for physical products; 3 days for digital items under rare cases
  • Refund processing time: Within 7 business days after the request is approved.
  • Restocking fee: None
